Suzerain is a great political simulation game. It is very story-rich with decision-making that actually matters.

Against the Storm is very easy to replay. Each run is different and the meta-progression is helpful, without making the game outright easy.

This game is an amazing indie game with a lot of content. Definitely worth playing for the combat experience and to support the developer

Devs are very active and constantly adding to and improving the game. Also it's FREE TO PLAY (Not including additional packs as of right now). This game is great for killing time in between other games or when you have nothing else to do; but it's a also a solid stand-alone game that you can spend hours playing alone or with a friend. Admittedly, it does feel like a mobile game and has a simple style, but it makes up for this with the combos, synergies, and in-depth abilities that interact with each other as you weigh your options with each roll. The game can feel somewhat luck-based at times. Overall, great game; it's definitely worth checking out for any kind of player.

I like the game overall and would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others, but be warned: IT HAS ISSUES

READ BEFORE BUYING/FOR NEW PLAYERS

1. Learning how to play takes about 2 hours to figure out, which doesnt really give you a chance to find out if you like it or not before you refund, so refunding because you dont like it is not an option really.
2. While it is very fun to play, it does get grindy at times, so if you are oaky with that and like the concept of the game, you'll probably like it alot.
3. There are a good bit of bugs as of now: You can get stuck inside some objects (especially in space), but you'll just have to reload from your last save to fix this, so make sure you save before you enter space, or when you've done alot/travelled long distances.
4. When you first start out, if you preordered it, be sure to get the hyperdrive blueprint before you redeem your items in the options, if you dont then you cant craft it because you dont need it, but you might in the future is the problem. Temporary fix is just manually moving the hyperdrive into your suit until you buy the new ship and then moving it in, or you can just keep that same ship (which is a bad idea). Permanent fix for this will probably come sooner or later.
5. There are also a lot of bugs out their that I personalyl havent found, but do read up on the game before buying.
