10 years on Steam!!!!!

Hey, so the issue for Bully is that the game's engine is tied to the refresh rate. So if you're running a 120hz+ monitor at 120+ FPS then the game will run at twice the speed since it was only designed for a certain fps, I don't know if its 60fps or 30. So while a cutscene looks like it's playing normally, the game's "timer" for when the cutscene is supposed to end is running twice as fast. You'll have to go into your display settings in Windows to lower your refresh rate to prob 60hz in order for the game to function properly. I ended up dropping the game over this. Lame!
