You have to use server browser to find active servers. Don't use quick join.

Multiplayer -> Server browser -> (bottom right) Full filter -> Slots [None, 1-5, 6-10 (This will show pretty full games)] + Regions [Pick your region].

Now click view view servers, have fun.

PS: Dont try to join a server with a queue or 10 or you will have to restart the game.

Controls and graphics may be better on PC but console doesn't require junky Origin, has considerably less hackers, and servers (at least on PS4) are actually active. :cozytf2mug:

There are barely any servers on Xbox One, for me at least. It's all TSNP servers and noone is on them unfortunately. :(
