Edit May 10th: Not only have they failed to undo the country lockout, but TODAY they added 3 more. My review will stay a down vote until this is fully reversed and there is an absolute statement that linking and lockout is gone and never coming back.

While Arrowhead did make a mess with PSN, they did the right thing in the end and fixed a supremely bad decision.

Now, back to spreading Democracy!

This game is a lot of fun, both with friends and with randoms. I highly recommend. The monetization is light and avoidable, and the content and attention to feedback is swift.
