Pathetic "gritty" version of Batman. First 20 minutes is made up of boring and cliche cutscenes. "Whoah Poison Ivy is smiling while she kills a guy whoah she is totally evil dude."

Early Access Review
If you are looking for a serious survival game with no BS zombies, dinosaurs and other gimmicks, The Long Dark is the game for you.

The graphics style looks cartoonish at first, but soon enough you discover that the crisp, clean artwork style developed by Hinterland is a huge bonus, which makes you want to come back again and again. Some of the scenic views are just as good as the AAA game releases.

The interface is simple and easy to get used to, with no obstrusive hints or tips popping up on the screen. Just you and the wilderness.

Recommend turning the heat off in your house and sticking some wool gloves on for maximum immersion.
