It's like a joke. Everytime I die, even in the tutorial part, I wait like centuries for game to re-load the same level. What a mess. Stay away, there are millions of games available.

I'm not sure if I should do that to an indie dev by telling you this but... I paid like almost nothing for the game yet it's so buggy that it's not worth a penny.

I'm not one of those who've been waiting for the game launch. To be honest, I couldn't resist the buzz and paid in full for the game and downloaded. After playing for an hour or so, I was in love. Despite the 'hard to learn' combat system, the game has a simple story yet one of the most detailed game worlds, reminding me of the Witcher and Elder Scrolls series.

The game is set in medieval Bohemia and you are a nobody, trying to be somebody. There are no dragons or magical creatures so far. There is nothing but real mediaval world problems: you get hungry but food is scarce(but not much), society is divided into two: people with priviledge and people without. etc.

As I said, this game reminded me of the long forgotten game called Daggerfall. I experienced the same shock-and-awe as I kept playing and it's lovely. Despite the fact that my GTX1080 based system could barely match its demanding game engine - the well know CryEngine - that may be its only downside until I got stuck.

Yes the problem and what makes this game a DONT BUY. The bugs!

The game's bugs remind me of Daggerfall as well. It was one of the first games I had to go online and download a patch to fix a game - at a time when we just bought CDs and played the games. Some bugs are not game-breaking. They just ruin the taste of the game like the quest system is not fault-tolerant. It may not even be a bug - it's probably designed that way. The game is like a Sierra adventure not like Lucasarts games.

And I can understand bugs in this Golden Age of PC Gaming with tight deadlines and huge investments. But if I paid a game 3 times more than I paid for Witcher 3 - I would expect them to be fixed ASAP. And the bug that broke my game has been around since the beginning YET NO PUBLIC LIST OF KNOWN AND TO BE FIXED BUGS.

So my verdict: even though I loved this game so much, I hate their silence and YOU SHOULD NOT BUY UNTIL IT REACHES A MATURE STATE.

Thanks for reading my sloppy English, and trusting my review for not to buy it.

I don't know how but I think the developer/publisher found a way to trick people into giving positive feedback because after spending more than 2 hours and numerous torturing sessions because of the lack of good usability, I decided it's THE MOST OVERHYPED GAME OF STEAM SO FAR.

Stay away from it if you have some respect for the amount of energy put into other indie titles which are actually GAMES. This is NOT A GAME. It's a visual novel with a crippled UI and unresponsive controls.

Wow... what a waste of time.

Survival games are the thing of 2015-2016 and I played/tested lots of them. This one is different. It's cinematic, it doesn't treat you like an idiot and try to teach you everything - and most importantly playing the game means exploring the game itself. It's just awesome.

Ben bu oyunu satın aldım, o kadar dandikti ki 2 TL demedim, iade ettim. Yine de Steam karşıma "tavsiye" olarak çıkarınca bu yorumu yazmak gereği duydum. Sakın almayın. ALMAYIN.

If you liked The Stanley Parable you'll probably enjoy this too. It's been said before but you should not miss it: do not expect a game or games. Expect a nice story with a visual representation that you can experience at your own pace.

I just loved it.
