Well, figured I'd give it a shot but upon reaching character creation I made a male character by accident and learned the only way I could fix that is by giving them 20 dollars. I'm good.

Is not true you have at the beginning instantly a Character change ticket in your invetory and you can buy more for free.

Honest idea; remove the game entirely from your account and readd it.
Maybe there is a possibility that resets your account with them too.
Besides that, yea thats a BS microtransaction.
