CS:GO Review
The game within itself is ok, its enjoyable if you can play with a group of friends, soloq is never a great idea but sometimes the pull of the game gets ya, and then you feel terrible afterwards. Playing with friends is fun, until they are either considerably worse than you or better to the point where you have to queue as a 5 man minimum.

Regardless of what is said, the Valve Anti-Cheat is still shockingly awful, even after the 6 years experience i have playing this game. I have taken many breaks from playing due to games being un-enjoyable due to toxic players (and the amount of cheaters). As soon as they hear a British voice, i'm instantly flamed, regardless if i've only said the word hello. A lot of well known cheat websites fly about and Valve could order cease and desist notices (take a leaf out of bungies book people) but they proceed to ignore them.

Rather than fix the game, they will proceed to release operations that are paid for, get skins in the game for people to sell so they can take a good market cut from them. Am i going to buy the operations... yes. Why? Because the game is fun when playing with friends and if you have a goal to achieve, such as operation tasks, it makes the game seem more purposeful.

If valve can get their act together and sort out the VAC, and do better with matching you with other people in the same region as you, even better.

If you go to play this game, accept you've lost the match when you play. Try to win but go in with a mindset that you've lost, you'll get better enjoyment when you win. If you lose, hey ho, you already thought about that when you started.
For now, it gets a general 8/10 from me as a game to play.
