Fixaxis couldve sat back and just made a Marvel version of Xcom. They didnt. The card based combat is really fun and the fight animations feel great. I like that this game gets straight to the fights. There is exploration around the base, but when it comes to missions, its cutscene, fight, cutcene. That kind of brevity feels nice. Captain Marvel is thicc too. Very nice.
