Game and graphics are overrated. Cheats are everywhere and the game looks like crap, even on epic settings. Not sure whats going on but I am not impressed. This is a bad "UNRECORD" copy trying to take cash in on its hype.

Stadium is still my personal favorite. Everything is pretty much disabled unless you pay for a subscription. Making this a very expensive game to play over time. 1 year is currently $20 a year. Play for 5 years even if you only play a couple times a month and you are out $100 for what?

On the positive side it plays well on the steamdeck. Overall its only average best though.

A game I love to hate. I honestly advise most of my friends not to play this as the frustration level is very high if you are even remotely competitive. Online is really for the dedicated or the players who just don't care. Its kind of miserable for the in between casually competitive players. Single player is where the game shines, but even then its only fun enough, I never really play and long sessions.

I like the game but the menu layout is very bad. Its not the most unintuitive menu systems I have had the displeasure of using in a game but it still isn't very good. The lack of controller support in the menus doesn't help either. I honestly would have guessed the game was a lot older than it was based on the poor layout. That aside the actual racing is fun but the penalty system is very unforgiving and doesn't follow real world rules or discretion when applying penalties. I don't play online so I don't really have anything to say about that. The only other thing I can say is the game doesnt have much free content for a game the devs call free. It's not iRacing expensive but its more that I care to pay. I would rather have an affordable game you pay for that gives you the majority of content with some minimal dlc here and there. I often find myself going back to Race 07 over this.

I typically like this game but these 40MB update downloads that want to write 50+ GB of data to my SSD are getting old. I shouldn't have to recompile half the game files on my system to facilitate a relatively small update. Piss poor update management and file flow.

It's a neat game/sim but these tens of megabyte updates that write tens of gigabytes of data while patching are kind of getting old fast.

I found it reasonably fun at first but quickly was shown the limitations of the game with the view having a fixed zoom. The other thing that feels like a weird design choice is the rally time system. The very short time limit makes learning the tracks feel tedious.

The game has potential but in its current state I would not recommend it. I wouldn't tell you to avoid it either but make sure you dont mind wasting the money if it turns out to not be your thing.

Its Counter Strike but not Counter Strike at the same time. Personally not the biggest fan even though I am a CS addict.

Too many glitches to be ale to play competitive. A little fun solo but some holes are designed to piss you off. A solid 5/10.

This franchise is still one of my all time favorites but needs to get back to its roots in terms of game play fundamentals.

My biggest grips is silly but the fact that is you have a fast SSD alt+F4 and relaunching the game is the fastest way to get into another match is ridiculous. The end game player achievement animations are silly that you can't skip them.

You cant do much about the teams you get but be expected to a either roll the other team or get rolled. While the game isn't as bad as BF V expect a lot of players with "synthetic" skill.

*edit Nov 1, 2023 - this new update has brought back the input lag spikes. Seems to have been fixed.

*edit Nov 6, 2023 - The game has seen a big uptick in cheaters. Not sure what is going on but EA cant detect them so they are having free reign. Most players try and hide it but lately there has been a large uptick in people who don't care and kill entire teams is seconds. EA used to send emails to people when you reported a cheater and they banned them but they either are not banning or they quit letting you know your input mattered. FML

*edit Jan 20, 2024 - The game is still a cheat fest and you will either win by a mile of get destroyed by a mile due to blatant cheaters being on or against you. There is virtually no close call if you play in Asia from my experience. I don't hate the game but it does feel more like BF:V more and more every day (cheats are the norm).
