I love the premise for the game, but it's just not clear enough what you have to do to play it. I've played strategy/management games all my life and I just can't get behind this one. If there were more in the sense of interactive tutorials, this game would be playable but in the time I've put into it, I can't get past the battle in part 4 and there is no indication of what I'm doing wrong. small tooltips right when you start the game are well and good, but for a complex game like this, you definitely need a prolonged tutorial to know what to do and what not to do in battles/camp/individual combat, etc. It just doesn't show you what any buttons do and it just throws you into it and you finish every playthrough getting killed because you don't know what to do. I want to love this game, I've been very excited for it but I just can't recommend it without useful guides on how to play.

One of the most athmospheric games I've ever played, and the story is very in-depth and really draws you into the mystery and makes you want to find out more. I love the inventory system and the puzzles that do require quite a bit of thought. Also the characters are very genuine feeling, although i would wish the player could interact with the in-game characters in some way, instead of never being able to approach them and having no dialog for the player

All in all it is one of the best games I've ever played, and I can't wait to play Ep. 2

Played through 10 chapters (about 8 hours) then i decided to take a break and so i closed down the game. Next day i come back and all there was on the menu was "new game". That is when i realised this game had no autosave features between chapters.
