I'd love to recommend this game, I like the gun play, looting, and the get in get out speed of the game. However, there is a glaring issue with this game, battle eye, some people love BE and others hate it, there really is not an in between. Throughout the first beta all the way to live game I've had friends complain about cheaters and of course run into them myself. As it goes without saying, if something is done about this such as a change of anti cheat or some miraculous ban wave I will come back and edit this review.

Update: They have addressed the issue with cheating in the 6/15 developer blog update promising changes and mentioning their own home made cheat detection systems as I said earlier when I see improvements I will come back and change my review, as this is progress but not quite there yet I will be leaving the review as is.

I want to start off by saying I really wanted to give this game a good review, however considering the sheer amount of bugs I've run into such as: not being able to move a unit for no reason, not being able to select a unit (friendly and enemy) for a buff or debuff, mission objectives simply refusing to complete even though all requirements have been met, etc... I can not give this game a good review. Being completely honest the first hour or two of this game was extremely enjoyable for me because I was so excited to have a new XCOM game that I just didn't see the bugs that were happening in those hours. I will come back and edit this review if and when I see these bugs being ironed out by the company.
