i got into the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop in 2013 as a kid cus I was so into the commercial. Played with a bunch of old geezers that had old copies of the books. Over the years learning how to play the game on dodgy sites and shoddy youtube tutorials. Look, the game had one of the worst launches in history, thats now far behind us. And now that updates have ended the modding community has fully sprout its wings, even unmodded nowadays the game is incredible, I'm glad it got the attention it deserved. This has also helped with resources for playing the tabletop and cyberpunk red, the new one. I highly reccoment tryin out the games as they rock a nova experience. Hell I'm not that much of a materialist but for my 23rd bday, a whole decade after getting into cyberpunk my wife got me some of the first edition paperbacks for 2020. This is a genre pioneering experience. It may not be the best to play, but the story and atmosphere is unbeatable, and exactly what you want in such a gritty setting. you can flatline as many gonks in a scop hack as you like but nothing beats stinking up a merc haunt with your crew.

This game has also irreversably altered my vocab. Klep a copy on discount if you'd like but im ride or die with this one choom.

UPDATE, I was really enjoying this for a long time then I was introduced to the vast majority of players going out of their way to hunt teammates for their good gear. this has completely ruined this game for me and admins wont do anything to fix this.
UPDATE 2: Devs fixed it. there still a lot that needs mending with attatchments and collisions, hoping that gets fixed
