I would like to start off with I bought this the day it went early access, I was so excited. I own slime rancher one on everything and even currently play it on my switch. so it’s fair to say I was REALLY excited! I’m remember playing for I think maybe an hour had a nice time very beautiful environment the Cotten slime and batty slime where nice but then I didn’t come back to it for a while. Not many updates? If any at all?? And then I think a whole year passed and then with the weather update and gadget update I revisited the game.

My biggest gripe has always been the gadget placement, or at least the decor. I personally wouldn’t have mind if they put a limit on how many utility gadget you could put down but I always wished we could put them wherever we wanted. And holy crap. We can do that now. and the weather update brought a lot of charm to the environments. I don’t want to say that it’s not worth the 30$ But I don’t think it’s a bad idea to wait if you’re uncertain. I found that there is a lot to do. At least if you take your time and have fun!

I cannot stress enough how absolutely beautiful this game and its atmosphere is. From the design of the shopkeeper, who I absolutely adore! To all the creatures in this game. The number one thing I noticed right away is the sound in the game. The sounds that the little penguin things make when you pet them made my heart melt. It’s such a peaceful game, and one of my favorite things is there is a small tutorial at the very beginning of the game that’s real quick and easy. Just gives you the basics of the game and then you’re pretty much free to play and be able to learn new things like other game mechanics through just playing the game. The last thing I wanted to touch on is the colors of this game. From the shading to just the overall color
scheme of the game. I feel the colors truly complement this game‘s design to the fullest! But I would definitely recommend buying this, and since they are still releasing updates we’re definitely gonna get to see more stuff in the future added to the game and I think that’s just so exciting!
