The game itself is good! Its fun almost as much as the first one. The fact you can do 2 differet playthroughs obviously gives this game 2x as much value in terms of replayability. The poor optimization is being overstated. For me the most I notice is when its loading new areas, ill go down to maybe 8fps for 2 seconds. Then up to 60 fps. I have a 4690k, gtx 980, 16 gigs of ram. This wasn't even on the updated nvidia drivers! Ill update when I have them installed.


tldr; I'd recommend this to my friends. The optimisation problems are slightly overstated or could be different per person.

This game much like everyother pc game has optimization issues on its initial release. I have a decent comp i5-4690k gtx 980 adn 16 gigs of ram. I barely get 80 fps on mulitplayer and 100 on single player. This is sadly what ive come to expect upon first realease of pc games now. as long as they optimize it in the first month im not mad. This is a fun game when you do get it to work and has a good story both for zombies and campaign. Its fun and while the unlock system slightly punishes new people from playing. It gives a extra inscentive to continue playing. I would recomend this to my friends who ask about it. In fact I activly do recomend it.

Real talk though this game is well put together and provides a fun and lucrative adventure every game you start. The only thing ive ran into being bad is that harmony is by far the easiest way to win. Purity is tedious.
