This launch is some of the worst I've seen in a while.
All you get is a server error. Communication form the devs is along the lines of "we are aware of the problem......"

And this is why I will never not dislike 'live service' games. If you are selling a 'service' instead of a 'product', the service has to work. I don't care how early it is or how hard it is to make a game. If things don't work out, at least let us know whats going on.

So far this looks like a refund speed run for me

EDIT: I retried the connection thing for to long to be able to refund. After ~5h i managed to do ~6 races. Of those races at least one is not counted as completed.
If you like PAIN this might be the program for you

Also it says "Single Player" on the store page. I did not find any way to not allow random players to join my race. So either thats just a false label or a issue with some hidden setting?

So far i really enjoy the PVE mode.
To be fair the performance is not in any way good.
I'm playing on 4k Low preset with DLSS set to Performance on a 4080 Super with a 13900k.
It is perfectly playable with my hardware and settings (~100FPS), but in my opinion some optimisation is still needed

Not worth it

Not worth it. Even forgot it existed for a while, because im to fed up with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, to even try and play it.
Sure i need another launcher. Sure don't optimise a game where even the predecessor got criticism for poor performance years ago. To finish it all off release some good old DLC for 9.99 after about 4 months

I usually do not care if something has super low review scores, since "review bombing" has become more and more common.
But yeah in this case I see the point

Strong game. Kind of a meme, but also very interesting in some of its ideas.
