This is a pretty decent port considering it's R*, I'm fascinated about this port that definitely could've been worse.
-It's evident controls and movements for the m&k are designed for controllers. They're obviously not very well made as in RDR2 but perhaps something better could and will be done by modders community.
-Also I bet there's already someone developing a photo mode lmbao. I miss the people-animal glitches, hopefully someone is working on that as well
-New PC options are OK
-Reminds me how top notch the sound and music design is
-Nice technical improvements over consoles like increased draw distance, better shadows and illumination, re escalated UI, better particle effects and good performance overall. These make the game look truly astonishing.
