Explanation of the account ban: Somehow my account was used for my bank account details. Whoever it was bought 60-euro worth of in-game currency...then refunded it. I spoke to Steam Support regarding it and they were happy that my account was secure enough for use again...though...they never took the account ban off. Even though it wasn't my conduct which lead to it. Bah!
