4/10 a shallow, boring time sink with too many loading screens.

I liked it at first but the longer I played I started to realise how shallow, boring and one dimensional it all is.
It's okay as just your average looter shooter but terrible as an RPG because the story is very poor; the character scripting is one dimensional and unnecessarily long. 50% of the game is talking; the other 50% is looting and shooting but not in space: the only space action happens in the orbit of a planet.

NO crossover with missions
NONE of your decisions affect future game play
ALL companions have a holier than thou attitude
ESSENTIAL NPC’s are everywhere and most are not essential
NO true exploration, all planets have manmade structures on them
PROCEDURAL GENERATION on every planet = mind numbing copy pasted repetitiveness
LOTS of loading screens, enter/leave ship, land/take off, open door, elevators and so on
LOTS of bugs, multiple game breaking mission bugs, graphical glitches, frequent freezing issues
VERY POORLY optimised will run slow on anything other than the latest supercomputer
SKILL building takes forever. If you wanted to get all the skills it would take well over 1000 hours
NEW GAME+ is a joke, same universe, same missions, same boring & ugly npcs.

I really made a mistake purchasing this game but I do believe it was mis-sold as the pre-release advertisements promised a space exploration game and a truly open world. Instead we got a space themed game with no real space exploration and lots of loading screens which breaks any sense of immersion.

10/10 what a great game this is.
I really felt something for the two main protagonists. The characters and story are truly superb and the action is intense and feels brutally violent. Really enjoyed playing.

Game feels rushed and is buggy. No snapping for item placement, no breaking down walls and changing layout. Textures take a time to load and tasks are incredibly repetitive. There's no interaction with the guests at all and no money management yet the game features people walking (strangely) around all over the place.

Relaxing game which helps boost your creativity. Careful though, it's addictive.

Provides the tools for a lot of user creativity. Keeps the mind working, healthy for the human condition.
