Great city builder/defence game that's unique enough to stand out, can't wait for a full 1.0 run!

Too easy. Repetitive content. Grinding for gear you'll never use isn't a good endgame, especially when the monsters are so brain-dead easy to kill. The forced following was agonising! UI navigation is terrible. About half the time I spent playing was decently fun. Having played previous titles, I expected more for a £60 game.

If balance is tweaked and DLC's are chunky I'd maybe play again.

Personally wouldn't recommend if not on sale for around £35-40

Feels good to be back in the zone... well it did until I ran into a group of bloodsuckers :(

Atmosphere is amazing but the AI needs serious work. A-life 2.0 HAS to be implemented or else this isn't stalker. Devs say it's bugged but we'll see...

Update: Devs far too silent. Would not recommend until a-life and the tons of bugs are sorted

Needs some polish. But there's definitely a good game in here. Had no performance issues with 5800x3d and 4070 - game looks great (and i'm sure it will improve). Story has me hooked so far. Just going to hold off for a week or so hoping there's a patch for some minor issues and general launch bugs

Seriously, what game doesn't have launch issues?

Please fix:

• Janky facial animation - Some are great, most have lock jaw with insane underbite
  
• Sense of scale - Things like foliage are too big compared to your "four story" mech
  
• Menus and UI are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ atrocious...
  
• Mechs feel floaty - It's like mechs are just skins over human models/frames. They can
  ragdoll, and feel somewhat weightless, not like a 40-100 ton machine

Playing SM 2 just made me want to play Darktide. After the recent weapon rework, game finally feels 1.0. Is gud!
