The hitboxes are honestly broken about 50 percent of the time so it's pretty much a coin flip on whether you get that instant headshot kill or not. Honestly unless you don't like to work for your stuff just buy the season passes to get the new operators for free, that's really just the only reason why people buy it. At least the way the game is played it always different so you won't get bored. Just learn to imbrace the brokenness.
