To be honest, of the two Rock of Ages games, I find this one to be unfinished, terrible, and sloppy on the part of the developers at ACE Games who worked on it mainly the IT Team. I'm a fan of the series myself, but I feel like this game could have had more potential. Unfortunately, this game was more than disappointing. Rock of Ages 1 and 2 had something special about them, the humor was more acceptable and entertaining, better, and at the same time in Rock of Ages 2, we saw most of the characters we knew from history, but this installment only brought a few characters that we actually know from history and are well known but the rest is litteraly unknown, and that's it, Plus, I have to mention the balancing of this game. this game is so unfinished, lots of bugs, a lot of instability, especially fps framerate in war mode "The main story mode", unbalanced maps especially in War mode, unfair economy towards AI where AI has more money to spend and to stop you, nonsensical code execution where sometimes it takes a while for something to happen, enemy AI gets stuck in nonsensical places, and so on. I think this game is only worth buying if you want to complete your collection for this game or if you just want to play this game out of boredom, otherwise I don't recommend it, everything is terribly sloppy and unfinished, you're better off buying the previous Rock of Ages series, which at least were worth the money, the game itself is not worth the money.

I warn some in advance, this is my personal opinion on this game. If you have a different opinion I will respect it either way

So where do I start with this review, I might as well start with the campaign. this campaign takes you back to the cold war era (of course if that's what the game is called) where you are introduced to the old crew and + another new character in a new installment of the black ops trilogy. I have to say that the campaign was long enough for me to enjoy it and to feel the feeling of the gameplay of the weapons of the atmosphere and the action that this game offers. The campaign offers two different endings and also a very challenging Veteran difficulty which can be given completely with ease for already advanced hardcore players and for the older player veterans from the older Call of Duty titles.
The campaign also features decisions that don't matter too much because the ending of the game is only decided at the last minute. Otherwise I have to say the graphics at the beginning and overall during the game are excellent and there is nothing to complain about here, in the game you are also introduced to a new type of takedown so called Body shield where you may or may not kill an enemy and you can use it as your shield. The only thing that annoys me are the decisions that don't really affect the game at the very end in my opinion.

I would rate the campaign a solid : 8/10



As for multiplayer. there's nothing to expect in multiplayer. Classic Gunsmith which was changed to the older one where you could only put 5 attachments on one weapon (then if you want to sacrifice, you can use wild card which allows you to put all attachments on a given weapon.) Coldwar also kept the Old Gunho which was too broken after the game's release that it had to be nerfed anyway, but it didn't help any, In multiplayer you can expect the old stereotypical people who will just continue to camp on you, or lie down, and use thermal lmgs with smokes, Weapons are balanced so there's nothing to complain about, And as for the camo grind, it's been simplified from the previous Call of duty, In this Call of duty you'll find camos like Gold, Diamond and Dark Matter ultra which they did a very good job with, And I can't forget the SBMM which this game still has. In case you don't know how SBMM works or what it is, here is the link to Wikipedia under this review on multiplayer., and I must also remind you that this game still doesn't have Double weapon XP forever, where Sledgehammer Games from the last game implemented it in Vanguard, but Treyarch wasnt inspired by their idea unfortunuetly, so your grind nowadays will be really slow.

To tell you the truth I still enjoy the multiplayer and play it occasionally, the only thing I wanted to point out is that Cold war doesn't have the annoying killstreaks that for example Vanguard had or MW3.

I have a lot to say about zombies, In zombies you will enjoy a lot, You will meet brand new modes such as Outbreak, which is basically a huge map with zombies and you do objectives there that make you stronger during the game.Then Onslaught Modes, such as Dimishing light or Containment where you fight with a horde of zombies in different waves where you then fight with elites such as Manglers, Mimics, etc. Zombie mode is also the easiest grind, but some camos are not worth it again, such as Gold (Golden Viper), in the game you will also find the so-called Wunderfizz, If you do not know what Wunderfizz is, Wunderfizz is where you can buy all the perks directly without having to search the map. The zombies also have interesting pacing and you can make sure that you will be cool while playing, in the game you will also find maps like Forsaken, Mauer der Toten, the new map Firebase Z or the popular Die Maschine, in the game you will also find old wonder weapons like Raygun or Wunderwaffe and other new wonder weapons on other maps like Rai-K 84. Also In this game you will find camos like similiar to Multiplayer : Golden Viper (Gold), Plague Diamond (Diamond) , Dark Aether Camo ( DM Ultra ), I also forgotten to mention Easter eggs, Like you can face off a Forsaken Bossfight something similiar like it was in Vanguard. Im sure that anybody will enjoy making any type of an enjoyable easter egg in this game, because sometimes they cost some effort to do the certain easter egg.

Overall the Zombies in this game are well done. I personally like them a lot, Map design looks really good on round based maps.
By that i rate the zombies gamemode : 8/10

Optimalization?
Answer : Hell no. In this game you will find only old Nvidia DLSS with nothing else in it, so i would get a strong or at least something above minimum requirements to play this game

Enjoyment?
I mean this game is enjoyable in 2024, even tho this game is not fullfilled with too many hackers than MW3, you can still play fairly against people in this game as of typing in
2nd of September 2024

I like this game really much, only if the multiplayer was better, overall this game is worth to came back and grind for, and even tho its best to buy this game at its cheap price. it is not worth the full price.

Yes, it may sound like I'm just glazing this piece, but this game has it all. The adrenaline rush. The soundtrack everything.
this game will take you to heaven with this installment, for resident evil fans this is a new beginning, but a beginning that fixes everything. Resident evil 7, basically saved the entire franchise. Not to mention the elements of the game, the thinking in this game, the puzzles, the two different endings that aren't even that different, the excellent dlcs, the storytelling that you don't get lost in. Fully understandable,
I was not a fan of Resident Evil at all. but after this episode, I changed my mind. Capcom has cooked up maybe the best action horror game yet, (this is my opinion so far, so don't take it too seriously.) this game is worth playing with all dlcs if you want to enjoy the full experience, but this game can also be played without dlcs, somehow it doesn't affect the story too much.

This game impressed me in several ways, the game has a very adrenalin campaign and at the same time you learn the stories of the whole party, the campaign has excellent graphics, various abilities that appear in the later stages of the game in the characters, as for multiplayer it is a bit far from reality nowadays to play the multiplayer properly, too many campers, campers with LMGs, or fools who run with double barrel shotguns and run around and kill you on one shot. the only thing that made this game worse is that they added things like laser gun (EX1), snoop dogg, etc. otherwise the metas are different, you find numerous broken metas with your own builds, you can put more than 10 attachments on your weapons, which limited the earlier call of duty franchises.

I got this game as a gift from a friend for 20 euro and I must admit both of us don't regret the act of buying me this game, the game is still playable nowadays with multiplayer and zombies,

PS: as for the zombies, you will have a lot of fun there. the only minus is that the zombies have 4 maps. otherwise the biggest thing I admire is that the xp are linked with multiplayer. so you can grind your guns in zombies without any problems.

If i would have to rate this game by a number ranking this would be my opinion:
1) Campaign : 7/10
2) Multiplayer : 6/10
3) Zombies : 9/10

I started playing Cold war and i must say the zombies are a lot better than vanguard

for me im still changing the review, the zombies are attrocious to be honest,
if i would have to change the rating it would be from 9/10 to 4/10 from zombies

the first few hours I played on Counter Strike Source I got into such a strange rhythm that I will always play this game with someone and not alone because there are so many servers that you won't even blink, but there are a lot of them. this game will run even on your oldest computers. to describe it, this game is a very good classic from 1.6 remastered. I recommend to buy.

- Při hraní Prvního předělaneho Wolfensteina do lepšího enginu. Jsem si užil více než plné zábavy zabíjení nácků či zabíjení Commanderů,
-při téhle hře se zabavite i při mezi jejima zábavnými rozhovory.

Hra je Dostupná s češtinou ale musí se dohledat. Není v základu hry.

So where would I start. This game after about 20 hours will start to entertain you, but there is a minor problem. People who Cheat started to spread in this game. They can give you maximum prestige, and everything possible. otherwise the game has good zombies. and the campaign is so sloppy.
