  • All of these people don't even have more than 6 hours on file.

  • I run at 60-70 FPS with a GTX 750ti and Quad-core intel i7 @3.0ghz.

  • The game has a few hiccups, yes, but it is the dream that Hello Games wanted to introduce to the world.

  • When we say it's an infinite procedurally generated universe exploration game, that's exactly it and not much more.

  • If you're a hardcore, shoot-em-up fan, this is not your cup of tea and I advise waiting until later in the games days when more updates have been pushed out.

  • If you're a casual, "I play minecraft because there's no rush" type of person THIS IS YOUR DOMAIN. You belong here! You'll never run out of sights to see, things to do, even if things become kinda monotonous, there is an overall goal to achieve. Reach a certain level of units, upgrade your ship, upgrade your mining-tool, get to the center of the universe.

  • Sounds simplistic and straight-forward right? Not at all. Upon leaving your first planet you're tempted to sell some supplies and work on getting the parts for your hyper drive. In this time you'll be given an option at an Alien Monolith. "Follow the path of the Atlas" or "Explore freely". Following the path of the Atlas will lead you on a huge journey through space-time itself through many star-systems on a "loosely guided" zig-zagging story of alien archaeology, hallucinations and discovery.

  • Over time you'll find yourself annoyed with the repetition, but all I can tell you is, chill out. Smoke a bowl. Relax some more. Explore.
Graphics: 9/10, It's a beautiful game but currently has been plagued with framerate issues and stuttering. (not for me)

Sound: 8/10 INVENTORY FULL gets annoying very quickly. Wish there was variation in suit technologies voice. Aside from that, solid sound dev.

Gameplay: 8/10 Game CAN & most likely WILL become monotonous, but that's part of the fun. In real life if we were to explore space, many planets would be barren rocks, much like mars, venus etc. With this in mind, this is a very overwhelming universe that you'll never run out of things to do in. Every planet is planet sized, every star system is system sized. This game is exactly what we were told about the whole time. Can't complain.

OVERALL: 9/10 I was always hyped for this game and usually, hyping up kills the experience for me. Not this time. I thoroughly enjoy this game and intend on getting about 100 hours over the next week. If you do some research, the shader cache is what's holding the game back, but the longer the game runs the smoother it runs. Upcoming patches will attempt to remedy the framerate issues many players are experiencing as well introduce new game mechanics such as base building, new vehicles such as space freighters and "easter eggs" involving multiplayer..... Whatever that means.

SOLID game. GREAT INDIE game. MOST ambitious game of the decade.

(now to just wait for The Universe Project to take way and become a thing again)

Once all has been said and done... I want my money back :/

The BEST Call of Duty to date. Amazing high paced, crisp and smooth multiplayer with the best campaign of the series that leaves you wishing MW3 did a little differently. Multiplayer is pretty much dead now sadly. Everyone has bailed on it because of the talk of hackers. From my experience hackers are few and far between. Get yourself mw2, get on multiplayer and hop in TDM. BREATHE NEW LIFE INTO IT.

Possibly the best star wars game I've ever played.

The lightsaber player is beautiful, better done than any other game in my opinion. It does take some getting used to but once you get in the groove, everythings great.

Campaign: 4/5 Lacks a LITTLE bit of depth, but it's a star wars game so you should know most things going in.

Multiplayer: 5/5 I can spend countless hours just wittling away at people. Granted mp is kinda dead now, you can find a cult following in a few servers very loyal to the game and the sales should help bring it back a little.

Graphics: 3/5 what do you expect it's an older game, may experience some resolution issues. Run in compatibility mode with XP sp3 and run as administrator for the game folder in /steam/steamapps/common

Sound: 4/5 Quality is great for what it is. Some of the injury sound files get repetitive. Oh well. For it's time, absolutely amazing.

Overall gameplay: 4.8/5 I love this game and would reccomend it to any star wars fan.
