Why I love Crysis
Crysis is one of those games that has aged terrifically. In addition, the community has brought out mods to improve the game, my top two are the tactical expansion adding new weapons, ammo types and attachments and blackfires mod that allows for all missions to be play at any time of day that you want. The AI is not ground breaking but when they do communicate they become a realistic force to be reckoned with. The variety of game play is alright but not terrific, however the sandbox/editor allows for the player(you) to add or remove assets to missions. Overall I love this game and its expansions and its my opinion the first is the best in the series.

Why I like it

Its an old school classic remastered as it says! This jem is one of a kind and in my opinion it is the staple for space RTS with a terrific score and challenging campaign. Its shining multiplayer skirmishes when players work together to defeat the opponent, where matches feel like a tug of war with players contesting resources until the final battle big battle with fighters and capital ships each filling out their repeated roles. Homeworlds beauty is in the campaign, each mission allows for the ships that survived to remain with you, and if your lucky you can keep that elite group of fighters that you get a the beginning. In addition, the steam workshop has great fan made mods such the stargate, battlestar, star wars and my two personal favorites Mass effect and Halo conversion mod.

Max Payne 3 Blends unique story telling with dynamic shooting galleries in a terrific environment. The story offers an interesting challenge for any experienced shooter, with collectibles and extras to find littered throughout the world. The engine has some of the best cinematic scenes, physics and gun play. over all the game is great and I wish to see the other installments remastered with this engine. Max Payne 3 is worth a buy

The leader in military simulator third installment Arma 3
Arma 3 has so much content that you will keep coming back. With a dynamic campaign that is influenced by the players actions and a user friendly editor for custom Single player co-op and multiplier missions. Armaholic supplies the player with one of the biggest modding communities and content that is almost endless.

One of the best zombie games I have played all year!
Its free so thats great! gameplay is solid and plenty of replayable value for both solo and multiplayers!

If anyone actually reads this reveiw and is thinking of playing Half-Life 2 through to Ep2 or through to Half-Life 3 (if someone reads it when its out) I HIGHLY reccomend getting the cinematic mod. This mod will smash up the graphics and atmosphere to blow your mind. The mod adds the ability to change visual themes as well as, selecting what characters look like. Eg Alex has roughly 14 different varients you can choose from which are all very detalied. All combine and rebel forces can be changed into really cool looking grity warriors. In addition, the sounds for just about everyrhing has been improved and Hans Zimmer comes on quite offten to give you a real boost (Hans Zimmer did the soundtrack for Batman, Black Hawk Down, interstellar and tons more)

This mod makes this stellar game great! Plus the download is a simple torrent!

This be badass Mech game! Cool story, nice voice acting, Space Aussie!!! Mad level of custmoszing! Good Multi and all diffrent types of combat styles to pick from.
