They put cocaine in this game or something, I've play Nick All Stars Brawl and Smash Ultimate, but something about the movement and combo game in Multiversus feels very satisfying. Genuinely WAY better than I expected "Warner Smash Clone" to be. The game is intended to be structured for 2v2's but these can get a bit spammy and strategy kindof goes out the window sometimes. I feel like this game REALLY shines in 1v1's. Every character has insane Bayonetta level combos and generous recovery, meaning its really hard to get cheesed unless you're just being dumb. ( ♥♥♥♥ taz mains though)

EDIT: No longer recommend, the final game literally has regressed on like most of the things I actually like about it

Truly a masterclass of game design and the most innovative and immersive pornography game ever manufactured.
The following is a review in progress that I will come back and update with more information.

In this review I will conduct a complete in-depth analysis of 'Huniepop' and its relevant lore.

Prelude and Introductory Lore:
Before I properly review the game lets get into the extended lore. The 'Huniepop' universe seems to host
otherworldly factions and fantastical creatures. The Fairy: Kyu, is your assistant through the duration of this and subsequent 'Huniepop' titles and is implied to actually be of extraterrestrial origin,
she is literally the Gman of ♥♥♥♥. Think about it, how does the Huniebee™ (the device used to track and monitor woman throughout the game) actually function? One would assume its the result of some form of magic but it seems that it is the result of sufficiently advanced technology. This conclusion is based on the fact that the Huniebee™ is iterated on in the second mainline installment('Huniepop': Double Date) , in which more sophisticated tracking features are added, but instead of magically transorming your existing Huniebee™, a new device, aptly named the Huniebee™ 2.0, is provided to you as the devices are technological in origin, not super natural. We can also get into the potential motives of the residents of Sky Garden (Kyu's homeworld). They seem to meddle in the affairs of human love life but the question is for what purpose? Well lets delve into that. Kyu refers to the existence of her employers so we know that it is her occupation to assist the player, so there is some inherent direct benefit to the citizens of Sky Garden as a result of Kyu carrying out her fairy duties. However, what could that be? I will get into that at a later point in the review.

The Tip of The Iceberg:

'Huniepop' can be described as a positive sum game in which the victory may be defined as B (Boning) and losing can be defined as 1 - B, we will refer to this as the Boning coefficient, lets get into game theory. We can represent the match outcome of a date as a bimodal data spread, we will break this hypothetical graph of game theory into two distinct peaks, the left most peak of lower probabilities will be considered "No prep time" and the rightmost group will be considered "Prep time". It is possible to actually play 'Huniepop' without actually interacting with any of the dating mechanics, the gameplay itself mirrors that of Bejeweled and even without basic conversations being held with the women you will face in combat, the Huniebee will provide you details such as what types of symbols to match; however, if you invest in prep time (out of battle mechanics, it is possible to skew our Boning Coefficient, and thus, alter the likelihood of success to a more favorable outcome. Talking to a subject outside of combat can alter their passion. Altering passion can give you a multiplier to your score, this is a percentage based linear value that will multiply the amount of points you get per matched token. Passion may also be raised during the puzzle itself but doing so may take more turns to set up. There is a hidden mechanic in which maxing a date's hunger bar grants you a +4 to your move count, it is advisable to abuse this on more difficult matches. Gifts may further influence the outcome of your match, gifts cost "munie" which is earned via previous dates. For a more in depth delve into the best item mechanics, refer to this link. https://steamproxy.net/app/339800/discussions/0/616199736997990745/
Now that I've discussed the out of battle mechanics, I may now delve into the actual puzzles. Regardless of your Boning Coefficient™, the actual state of the game plays out about the same, There are 7 token types that can be broken up into two types: I will refer to group A as 'Modifier Tokens' and group B as 'Attribute Tokens' Group A consists of the 'Joy' 'Sentiment' and 'Passion' tokens. Joy can add extra moves to your date, extending the duration and providing you more ample options to succeed. Passion modifies your score gain per successful token match. And lastly, sentiment. Sentiment tokens are basically a currency, they are used mid puzzle to spend on gifts, these date gifts can have a variety of effects. The four Attribute tokens are Romance (Orange crescent moon), Talent (Blue music note), Sexuality (Red), and Flirtation (Green star). Lastly, there is one deficit token known as "Broken Hearts" in which the player should avoid matching these. There is also an exclusive "Stamina" token in the sequel game.

Optimal Game Plan:

For an in-depth guide on romancing women refer to the following: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=469849768

The game is far more than the sum of its parts, while it is part bejeweled the souveneir system implemented into the game provides an additional layer of depth. While you can use certain items within "dates" to make the match 3 gameplay easier to execute. There are more permanent stat modifiers that you can get to better cover your weaknesses during gameplay. Empathy being probably the best and most useful stat to raise as you can more easily execute combos in game, clearing dates with as little as one or two moves

I'll honestly just give it the most straight-foward review I can

💠Destiny 2 repurposed and restructured alot about how progression worked inorder to switch to a free-to-play model, the starting quest doesn't really guide you well, mostly just telling you reach a set amount of light and doesnt tell you the most efficient ways to do so.

💠Despite the poor initial guiding, I do think this game is definitely worth sinking time into, the real appeal of this game becomes apparent in the end game, chasing exotics is decent busywork, but the secret missions, dungeon(s) and co-op raids really make that grind alot more worth it, there are some really unique endgame missions.

The best way to view it is that you can level to max light without the need for spending money, but if you really want more of Destiny you buy into the expansions for aditional powerful gear sources and activities, the structuring is strange but I've been enjoying it, if you need to run stuff I'm more than happy to help so give it a shot

It feels like a hybrid between half-life and Bioshock in gameplay, its pretty fun, currently doing my second playthrough after having already played it on PS4
