idk what's up with the cringe reviews from people with potato pc's, I'm 5 hours in, it's lovely so far, and I haven't had any performance issues. I'm on a 2070 Super and an i7 10700K with 32gb of ram and it's smooth 60, yeah 120/144 etc would be nice, but honestly, just stop complaining about little things and appreciate the quality of their product. The high standards shine through immensely once again, and I for one am happy to play a souls game again. Would completely recommend for people who are new to the series aswell, as it has many tutorials and is overall alot more new player friendly than say, Dark Souls. Excited to see all the new bosses and weapons and characters and areas, it's been constant visual and audio triggers, of beautiful land and soundscapes and the design is great! I'll update this when I've beaten it!

OH YEAH AND UPDATE YOUR DRIVERS!

it's here and it's glorious.

Just finished the main story and wow.. is all I can say, wow, one of the greatest experiences one can have through the gaming medium, everything from the visuals and presentation to the amount of options and things that are available to do and enjoy, it's wonderful, but my god the voice acting, it is from another world it's so incredible. Play this, and play this right now. God bless Japan and Sega for making this. MAJIMAAAAA!

This is just wonderful, 100% like a superhero game should play.
Nice graphics, (especially for the time) fairly tight controls, and a great story to go along with it.
The island and the particularly the asylum itself, is surprisingly well realised in a very dark, gothic setting.
The many different villains that make an appearance don't overstay their welcome and are displayed in amazing detail.
All in all, it makes you feel like Batman. ;3

It's bloody incredible, the gunplay tight, the story interesting, and the graphics look great.

For my money, the best multiplayer FPS experience you can have on PC. Rivaled only by BF3, this extremely engaging tactical shooter doesn't need much introduction, you probably already own it or have played it before, it's LoL/Dota style "Operators" encouraging players of any type to experiment and find your own playstyle. It's ludicrous how much variety there is when you dig into the maps, loadouts, customization, and finally the meta. At the time of writing this, the new Operation Void Edge is about to drop and I'm immensely excited, there is a grand total of 54 ops available right now, and the amount of combos and synergy is quite astounding. All in all, an wonderfully complete FPS, with loveable (and hateable, looking at you Clash and Blackbeard) characters, a very visceral and rewarding combat experience, and a constant stream of new content, not perfect, but about as good as it gets for an online FPS. I can't recommend this game highly enough. Now, go and buy it and I hope to see you in the game sometime! ❤

Two things, the music, and the boss fights. My god.

But besides those pillars of creativity that put this game miles and miles above and beyond other "hack and slashers", you have this incredibly fast paced, streamlined and most importantly fun experience. The music is some of the best in any video game and the way it's interwoven with the sometimes, gut wrenchingly hard boss fights, it's just divine. The characters are loveable and the story is quite clear for once, the combat is in your face and smooth as hell, and omfg that ending. Although one shame is it's relatively short length because very few titles in it's genre can match it, and it absolutely deserves to be played more than once. ❤
