To that end Ill suggest taking the following action.
#1 Dietary. Eat plenty in near even proportions of:
Spices and herbs fit for rooting out whatever maladies beset you;
High Scoville peppers, Garlic, Ginger, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano
to name a few. Note, if you mashed up each ingredient and threw
them into water with some fish/chicken or other such stalk, youd
have the makings of a mighty fine soup!
Fruits and plenty fluids to rejuvenate and flush the foul away;
Banana, Kiwi, Pineapple, Passion fruit, Pomegranates, Berries, Plums,
Cranberries, Peaches, figs, Cherries, Pears, Guava, Oranges, Mango and
Watermelon to name a solid reliable bunch.
#2 Environmental. Even if theirs clouds or rain, wear appropriate clothing and get out if you dont already for whatever natural light and fresh air is available!
