I am revising this review since Sony has decided to reverse their decision to require all PC players to sign up for PSN to play Helldivers 2. My review follows.

Helldivers 2 is a fantastically fun game with lots of action and strategy. The developers are constantly working on fixing bugs and adding new features, while also actively communicating with their community through various social media. The game isn't without flaws- annoying glitches or matchmaking issues do occur- but overall this game has been a blast to play with friends (or even randoms!)

If you're on the fence about purchasing this game, I highly recommend you give it a try, for Democracy!

Hello, Gordon!

A classic first-person shooter that's fun to play, even today.

This game is genuinely pretty fun if you don't mind the stress, and if you can work together with a friend or friends. I probably wouldn't play it with a stranger though.

The game is very well made and has been given love and passion from the developers. Mod support also adds another level of goodness to this game and the developers understand that.

With the addition of new states as DLCs, I do hope that some might become free or cheaper, especially if they wish to add all 50. That being said, each DLC is given the same care as the base game, so I can't complain.

It's nice considering all the different things about computers there are. Game introduces new things at a good pace.

Enjoyable gameplay for playing with friends, great narrator, and all-around fun little story. I think the game is well made and the art style suits the humorous gameplay quite well.

Only game I didn't fully play for one reason -- I need sound to finish it >_<

Lots of grammar mistakes, 2 battle is already hard. Made a video about it... Not really my taste.


EDIT: There is a lot of stuff that can be fixed. I have seen developers scorn at bad reviews and throw it like it was nothing. Sometimes these people aren't always bad, and they want whats best for their game and the people that play them. Although I still hold my views about this game I will be giving a Yes recommendation for the developers being actually good developors and listening to their community

Died hitting a wall at 107 KM/H 10/10
