meet tomas, tomas is buying a house at 8% interest in CHICAGO! with 3% down and thinks its a lovely investment. "Its always a great time to buy a house" he says. Laughs at people that rent. In this economy? HA. Tomas has a sales job (he cant sell a blanket to an Eskimo) and is super confident in his ability to sell (should hear him t t t talk). Surely Tomas wont end up house poor and refinancing out while hes waste deep in debt with the bank hounding him for interest payments. "I thought I was paying the principal this whole time!?!?"
