Even after playing 2h I still have no idea what I am doing in this game. I put things in random and there is no enough feedback from the game for me to know if I made any impact.

The good:
- Large scale assaults are fun to watch
- I like the aesthetics

The bad:
- UI is terrible - even navigating starting menu is confusing
- Spells have delayed activation and affect small areas - that is simply not fun
- No option to change keybindings - I have a "weird" keyboard so defaults never work for me
- Maybe I missed it but there seem to be no way to pause the game other than entering card details view. I understand that it is expected for multiplayer but in first campaigns that serve as tutorial? Let me think, let me explore the map, let me read the menus - as it is I can't do anything beside randomly activating cards before assaults starts.
- While the aesthetics are nice, graphics are blending together and its hard to make what is what. I still had to pause for a moment on every card to check what it is, I developed no intuition whatsoever.
- Day 1 DLC does not inspire confidence since it looks like extracting money from the start is more important than delivering good experience.

Great game, not getting boring after a while even if you the gameplay is quite repetetive. There is enough variety of new stuff introduced to mix with what you already know to keep you going(the pacing is good - progression of plot with added events hits just right for me)

+ Roads in 8 direction, connect however you like
+ Keeps eating time
+ Simple but pleasing graphic

As for minuses, they are all rather mild, annoyance types:
- When destroying structures you have to wait for all car planning to return through it before you can reuse it. It limits greatly changes in late game when there is no time to wait. I am not sure what is the point of it, it does not feel like an additional challenge but more like a blocker.
- When new structures are spawning there is not enough visual cues. Early it works fine, but in late game when the whole map is already filled with objects I just don't see them and end up pausing game and scanning to any changes all the time.
- Can't lock houses position. Because of that I end up repositioning the wrong house and need to fix it afterwards. A bit tedious. Maybe it's not even about option to lock as you end up repositioning houses all the time but mouse detection of what I want to do could be better(for example, I click on a house and drag, but choose invalid direction, then if I keep mouse button pressed and move cursor away there is high chance some neighbor will snap to it as if I dragged that neighbor)
- Tunnels are destroyed at once on click, so if you are making a tunnel, make a mistake, you have to start drawing over from the beginning. Can't just delete a segment like with the roads.

This game is just too good. Visuals are so smooth, and there is always something new to pop out. Even after you passed the whole game a few times, there is more and more story development.
