Really fun game.
The combat in levels become a bit repetitive at the very end, but still fun and the boss battles make up for it as they are really creative.

Never forget their reasoning for making Overwatch 2 was to add a much better PvE experience... Only to completely scrap the idea days before the scheduled release of it.

So yeah, they just refurbished their cash cow to milk its player's money even more.

The online experience is the best one among the modern fighting games. SF6 is also relatively easy to pick up and play
Even if you don't care about the online, the game has some fun offline modes you can play and that are often updated with each new character they add.

Likely the only Bayonetta we will ever see on Steam, since the other two games were published by Nintendo.
Still worth buying it. The PC port is well done and the game is very enjoyable.

The first title is a lot more combo oriented than the other ones, with the flashy stuff usually being the reward for beating enemies, rather than an attack that covers half the screen and triviliazes the combat.
If you like replaying games, this one gives you a lot of reasons to do so, with customizations and special gear that can be unlocked through multiple runs.

Decent Metroidvania. I'll still recommend it despite not liking it that much, 'cause I think the game has no major flaw.

I disliked how big and crowded with monsters the rooms were. Really easy to get lost and have no clue where to go next, so I often had to do some backtracking, going through a bunch of monsters, trying to reach every corner of the room to find the right path... It was quite tiresome.

The various weapons you get don't seem to bring that many new strategies, it's often just a flavor of melee/projectile attacks. I found myself sticking to the same 3-4 skills.

For the people that want a challenging experience and that like to take things slowly, this game is probably quite enjoyable.

If you are finding the combat to be a bit boring, I recommend CHANGING THE GAME'S DIFFICULTY TO HARD (you don't need to restart the whole campaign to do so). The game becomes a lot less forgiving, and once they start to introduce new enemy types, you have to recognize what is the best sequence and defense options against them, or else you will likely lose.

I love the fixed camera angles. It reminds me a lot of Fear Effect rather than RE, with the scenario sometimes obstructing your view. Positioning yourself properly in combat, or interacting with the scenario to clear the view is important, so you can properly react to the enemies's attacks.

Exploration is rewarded with items, collectibles and new moves, which can help you against the enemies you will eventually face and keeps the combat interesting, giving you new things to try.

Early Access Review
Simple game that offers a lot of replayability with all the unlockable characters and abilities.
It's rather fun. And for how much it costs, it's definitely worth buying

This game has a playable Demo, and there's no better way to decide if you like it or not than playing it.

But if you still want an opinion on the game, I think it's a great title especially for older players.
It's heavily inspired by old Resident Evil and Silent Hill games. Due to its primitive combat system, the game has a heavy focus on puzzles, storytelling and atmosphere. The combat is stil not bad, but it's all spacing and inventory management and using the dodge button at the right time.

If you love the old RE titles, you know what to expect from this game. If you didn't experience those games, have in mind the game isn't about being scary or action packed.
