You can perfectly beat the game with a grade 2 character with some time and the right skills (I did it with a grade 2 level 50). I Haven't spent any money on this either, It's not a pay-to-win like you sometimes hear.

... I might have spent too much time on it though.

PC community isn't ruthless, so if you want to get into fighting games, this is a good start.
