Delightfully dark. Nifty little game that serves a seriously unsettling slice of horror.

Incredible and devastating. This will slip so gently under your skin that you'll be left utterly floored after the tension of it all continues to ring hard in your head long after you put the game down.

Eh. Thumbs up cause I'm a goody two shoes, but this wasn't anything super special. Cool experience, but nothing new - a little tedious to play at times.

Pure fun, pure action, pure everything it sets out to do. It's an unbelievably good time, and I'm sure I'll continue to revisit it whenever I wanna churn through a bunch of fodder in the most stylish way possible.

One of the greatest games out there, and that's no understatement. Impressive and overdrawn from beginning to end. This is the perfect mirror (or even an opiate) for any overthinking, melodramatic, self indulgent a**hole. Small wonder that it clicked with me at an incredibly apt time. Less of a game review, more of a exclamation of adoration - and that's all.

Beyond satisfying. Never quit, keep at it, and every fight will feel like a precise dance. Good form of escapism.

I could go into great detail about this game. Maybe I should. In the two months it took to complete this, my own life has become irreparably different from how it was when I started Persona 3 Reload. It made all the themes of human connection and the triumph of life in the face of death hit all the more by the time the credits rolled. I don't really have it in me to say more than that, other than I loved this. I will say, on a technical level, this made me miss Persona 5 Royal so much - as I truly believe that game is a step up in every aspect, whether its the quality of the social links/confidants or the general plot flow. That being said, this game is still stellar in its own right. I can't speak to its quality as a remake in particular, but visually, this is an obvious treat - and musically, I mean of course.

Hell of a ride. I'm only left with these memories of you now.

I enjoyed this overall. Dark and creative, it unfolds through hushed secret routes and absurd endings - discerning the events taking place with the first couple playthroughs was a lot of fun. I did go for 100% completion, and that definitely ends up feeling like a chore. Of course, I don't think this means that the game is bad, but if the game encourages you to dig deeper and dive in to discover the whole truth, more variation in certain replays would be appreciated. Its mystic and perhaps a little too self indulgent, but I had fun. Definitely unique.

Insanely creative in both its gameplay and its presentation, which are woven together seamlessly. The story is intriguing, but certainly nothing new in the indie horror circuit - if not for the excellent presentation, I probably wouldn't have given the plot much thought. But I won't deny that the game doesn't come with its surprises, so its best experienced blind!

Probably one of the most unique games I've ever played. Such a distinct style and creepy feeling that I've not seen replicated anywhere else - and such a strange take on a rogue-like. I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of the many different game=play permutations within this. I've only beaten the training mode and even that was an ordeal. I don't know how much of the game is based on luck, but there's enough you can do as a player that makes you feel responsible for many of the consequences you may face in game - you have a lot of options. I'll probably release a more in depth review on this after playing further, but this game is far too unique to stay silent about for now.
