Criminally underrated Source FPS goodness. Way too many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapons to count on your fingers, with responsive and solid gun play that means even someone who isn't too good at these sorts of games can still get in kills. Deserves many, many more players than it currently has.

GMOD but co-op centric and you run backwards.

A surprisingly easy to get into game. While it's by no means easy, and it's still rather challenging and you can easily get your ass kicked and force-fed vacuum, the equipment available puts everyone on equal footing, meaning if you're lucky you can take out a man in body armor with a Luger and steal his stuff. With the equipment being as balanced as it is, it enables you to take on a variety of playstyles and still play the game well and enjoy it how you wanna enjoy it. Wanna go full rat and bring nothing but a pouch vest, luger and 9mm ammo? You get all 3 for free in your ship. Wanna go in guns blazing with an MP40 chambered in 10mm, an armored flak jacket with pouches, a backpack, and a goofy looking helmet? You can do that.

Tl;dr this is Tarkov but fun. 10/10 would steal a Tommy Gun from a space pirate again.

In all seriousness, this game changed a lot from it's time in the beta testing phase (which I was apart of) and mind you even then it was good, if a bit buggy (because it was a damn beta). I am happy to say that this game changed a helluva lot for the better. 100% recommend.

A fantastic gold rush sandbox. Filled to the brim with powerful weapons for each faction, a workshop with a metric ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of mods, and mods on the web made over the years. This is a solid buy for anyone who's a fan of sandbox shooters.

Half-Rats: Parasomnia is a rather interesting combination of horror and action for the original Half-Life and I gotta say, the atmosphere is something I rather enjoy. It isn't overly dark and angsty as Cry of Fear, nor is it unstable like Paranoia. A great mod for Half-Life with a good amount of challenge, spooks, and story all packed into a late 1800's setting.

While I got mad at this game a few times, it is friggin' amazing!
Story: You play as a man who gets phonecalls, wears animal masks, and beats the crap out of people, while there is more I won't spoil it.
Art Style: The neon and pixelated art style really fits the time and mood of the game.
Gameplay: One hit death means you have to be careful as to how you approach the situation, in other words: you have to be a sneaky beaky and not just charge in like a friggin' barbarian.
The Arsenal: Oh, Sweet, Lord, the arsenal in this game not only encludes the weapons (which there are a crapton of), but the masks which change up your characters abilities and the game itself, like Aubrey, who changes the weapon spawns so its mostly firearms, or Tony, who's executions are shorter, and Don Juan, who can kill an enemy with a door.
Overall, I give this game a 10/10
