PS: I actively compile a list of problems with the game, including when they started happening and how to fix to the best of my abilities.
If you can't launch the game, run into poor performance or just don't know what to do about something uncommon, please check it:

———————————

Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is something I've been waiting since rumors started on MWII, but getting to play it now, I can confidently say the wait was worth it.
A Prestige system I wasn't putting much hopes for and surprised me, much fluid combat on m&k because of Omni movement, great set of unlockables even just from day one, and a Zombies that fares miles better than Cold War's in almost every possible way, better personality for operators and plenty to do, unlock and discover.

Campaign is quite something, I've thoroughly enjoyed beginning to end given how much of a variation and the amount of content there is to experience, and while I understand Raven being a fan of "mind-bending" sequences, they could have held off a little, at the very least at the dragged out end that only torn the story pace apart, and left more confusion than answers.
I also really hate how Woods is depicted. It feels like a fan's writing of Woods than the character itself, but otherwise, it's nice to see everyone again.

Multiplayer is something that so far I've been loving, but if there is no HARSH but deserving criticism, is the maps. Really, almost EVERY SINGLE MAP in this game sucks. That's the one red flag that I can confidently say exists in this game, and you'll be hard-pressed to find someone thinking otherwise.

I'll probably update the review more in the future, but for now, this is my final review on this, and good lord;

I'm SO glad Infinity Ward's Electric Bogaloo is gone for now.

Jesus, just fix PSN at this point.

Remaining negative until purchase restrictions are gone. Including on GoT.

Yeah. No. Breaking Steam Deck support for no reason and stealth-patching DRM. Very funny behaviour.

Just a PSA but there's claims that Denuvo is causing framedrops/slowdowns in World Tour, however while it's true those slowdowns exist, they ALSO exist in the Benchmark that has no Denuvo, at the exact same scenes they happen at the Full Game. Take those reviews with a grain of salt.
Game is running fantastic with a stable 60 FPS on my Ryzen 5 3600x and GTX 1650 at almost all times except at more intensive areas, like near Honda's hangout place.

CAPCOM, please take a look: https://steamproxy.net/app/1364780/discussions/0/3837676019935593442/?ctp=19#c3837676281061933707

Before I begin, here's a small list of issues that exist in the game:
Slowdowns/sudden crawls to(and stays at) 40 FPS when:
- Summoning masters to a fight
- Certain cutscenes, like the first one after leaving the gym for example
- Fighting alongside a partner(ex: Bosch)
- Controller vibration + recognition(for Playstation/Nintendo button prompts) does not exist/work.
- Areas like the Restaurant where Honda hangs out at are also extremely taxing.

I've already dipped my feet in this game ever since the beta, plenty on the demo too, and now going in through the full game, I am more than satisfied with the premise set for World Tour and how the fighting system interacts with it.
The story is simple and not much to call home for since of course, this is still just a fighting game, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. I'm not that great at fighting games, nor much of a fan of this type, but World Tour at the very least eases you up for how to play one and dealing with harder fights, even in ways you'd not expect.

There is not much I can talk off the other modes, as I haven't dipped my toes in them, but I believe other reviews can better give you a glimpse at how it is.

This game is so good I'm keeping a tracker of every problem abandoned by the game over the seasons into a Steam Guide.
If you're unable to launch the game, running into lower than normal FPS, stuttering or just packet bursting, or just wanna see stuff that has never ever been fixed:

https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3217810419

Anyway, for other abandoned problems that were suggested fixes for the community, but never addressed:
Better DLC packaging, because currently, it doesn't matter if you just wanna play MWII--sorry, you're also downloading content from Black Ops 6 and Modern Warfare III.
Wanna play Black Ops 6? Sorry, you're also downloading content from the Modern Warfare games, even if you won't ever see/use them.

This game definitely needs Content Packs for shared & per-game assets so people are not forced to download more than they should. It's getting obnoxiously big.
Hell, people who aren't playing the Black Ops 6 Beta were forced to download it anyways.

Anyways, I'm here for Black Ops 6 after the 4-year wait.

At least 30% of my playtime has been accumulated by sitting on the lobby looking for matches at peak times in every server. 15% in populated/featured playlists.

I just assume now that this game is completely Anti-International and only exists for US/EU players. NOBODY ELSE. Want to find a match outside of the US/EU? Tough luck, you'll either not find a match because:
- We don't want you to, and we'll put you in US/EU servers where you get out shot every single time by timmy who just downloaded the game with a Sidekick;
- Your skill is so high you're not allowed to play on your own servers anymore and you can only play in US/EU servers;
- The Local matchmaking region option is useless because of your skill/the playerbase has been killed, even during a event.

This is not a review of the campaign, solely of multiplayer. But this is a gigantic problem that 343 has refused to address since Season 1, and heavily affects the playerbase in the long term. Why are people gonna try to play a game that doesn't let them play it?

EDIT: This is still the case.

I'd love to recommend this remaster to everyone, due to how well made it is, but it currently has some lingering issues that are pretty obvious to most people, whenever they reach those conditions.

> 22 FPS Cutscenes
It may seen like an artistic choice, but no, it actually isn't.
Instead of running at 30 FPS, the game's cutscenes run at 22 FPS at all times. It is not a behaviour that should occur

This was MYSTERIOUSLY fixed with a patch. No changelog in the patch. It was simply fixed.

Oh yeah, Saints Row The Third has 60 FPS cutscenes for the first time.

Issue Fix: It's fixable with third-party tools like Special K or RivaTuner[www.guru3d.com](?).

> Black Boxes in Whored Mode(And perhaps more?)
I've personally only found this issue in Whored Mode, it appears that random black boxes pop up on the screen? You're better off watching yourself what it's about.

> In random parts of the game after finishing a mission, FPS drops forever to a locked 30 until you restart.
Lockdown Steelport is the only mission I remember off my head having this problem, but there may be perhaps multiple missions that do this.

> LAN Game option was removed.
The original SR3 and even SR IV have a LAN game option. How that's an issue? Easy:

No Steam & Epic crossplay is possible thanks to it.

PS: If you plan to play through this game, use Special K, it includes the FFXV performance fixes, which become pre-applied on launch, option to disable kb/m input or gamepad to stop the icon change *hitches* the game has, and lets you enable a bunch of great stuff, like NVIDIA Reflex for better input lag, Flip Model Borderless for same performance as fullscreen, and one of the best framerate limiters there are.

I make this review after having finally completed the game, after +60 hours of doing both Main Game and DLC, while also being a stubborn ♥♥♥♥ during the entire playthrough, and trying to actually learn the combat system, first, I'll get something out of the way:

The Story is ABYSMAL.
The main plot was probably one of the weakest stories I could have probably seen so far. Making a point about everything being pre-determined, and wrapping itself around that, did make it extremely simple, but it felt extremely forced, specially when everyone but Noctis knew they were going to die until the very end. It destroys the impact that the lore and the characters have, and your perspective of them changes drastically to something to not care about anymore, and it's a shame it went that way. It was such a missed opportunity to let the player change everything if they could, or warp the events happening.

Characters
I gotta say, they went thru and through on making the main gang feel like believable and human characters, I absolutely loved the side-company of Noctis, and unfortunately, it was hard to grasp a liking with Noctis at first, as watching the anime was a little necessary to know why he's the way he is, to add to why he trusts his comrades so much. Again, it's hard to tell much without practically spoiling the game, but the main gang and Ardyn specially are great characters, but they're severely dragged down by the abysmal plot this game has.
I gotta say though, the voice actors NAILED it. I couldn't imagine playing a Japanese game with English VAs, but this game actually made me prefer the latter, even after I tried Japanese after finishing the game. The VAs are much more impactful, and manage to keep the charisma of a character when needed, or the condescence of Ardyn for example in the voice, and I've not seen stellar performance like this in a while. Congrats to them for their job.

cOmBaT
What felt like a simple button masher, quickly changed to something more, as I discovered about the frame-perfect dodges, directional attacks, combos, and later on, being able to control your own companions. Prompto is broken, but SO MUCH fun to play as though, and he had been my main pick for fighting throught most of the game, whenever I could, but playing the main character was weird. But figuring out in camp training helped a lot, because there's where I learned how to block, dodge-counters, directional attacks, and back-step attacks(in post-game). I can't really give too much of a feedback on it with the wacky, wild nature of this combat, but I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it, and if playing Noctis wasn't your cup-of-tea, at least try the other characters after unlocking the ability to do so.

I gotta say that overall, this game was a step in the right direction, but I seriously wish the main plot wasn't so trash compared to everything else in the game, because even the open world was nicely done, and I didn't feel forced to level up to beat stuff at no times. I loved this game to death and I'm definitely doing NG+ for this.
