DLC: too many
Exploits: lots
Ottomans: do NOT like Byzantium
Salish: can become Cascadia easily
5/5 I can form Russia but I'm too scared to play Ming, because it has exploded into a dozen states by the time I find them.
Too dang addicting, so many mods, I almost regret learning how to play grand strategy... goodness, can't put it down!
