Highly recommended both for groups of friends or solo players joining randoms. Somehow makes you feel like a real hero and expendable meatgrinder fodder at the same time.

The gameplay concept is great; Cowboys with six shooters, shotguns and rifles delve into a cursed bayou, fighting off NPC zombies and monsters in order to find clues to the location of a bounty target boss monster, which you (and maybe your friends) take down, then you try to escape the map with the bounty token to finish up the round. The best part? There are multiple groups of players on the map, all trying to find and hunt the same bounty, which leads to some amazing PvP shootouts.
My problem with the gameplay loop is that it ends up being a lot of running and travel time, often ending in the player being headshot and killed immediately by an unseen player.

Regarding the recent engine update, the UI feels like a large step backwards in QoL, but my main problem lies in the increased system hardware requirements that came along with it. My game performance has dropped heavily even with lowered graphics settings, and one of my two frequent teammates simply can't start the game anymore, which has pretty much killed my desire to continue playing.
My GTX 1660 and Ryzon 5 ran the game perfectly before, but now I only just barely meet the minimum system requirements.

Early Access Review
Game used to have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of cheaters. Since the most recent update, the cheaters seem to have disappeared, but now I am crashing randomly and often.
United Allies Update: Crashes have mostly been fixed! Denuvo seemed to have rid the game of cheaters for a total of two days. Now people are able to go invisible and kill you without triggering the "killed by" message. It suffocates you as if you ran out of time.

I have few gripes with this game. It fits my desire for a computer rpg using the 3.5 ruleset pretty nicely.
The base game story is bland, and the party size feels limiting.

This game is especially good when cooperating with friends in a jolly manner. It's much more difficult playing alone, but there are optional NPC helpers at many points in the game.

I had a tough time deciding which nomination this game would better fit; "Greediest Developer", or "Biggest Disappointment".

In the end, I chose disappointment. I was hyped when I had just freshly installed it -- That hype diminished quickly. So far Fallout 4 is the only Fallout game that I have not 100% completed, because I don't find it entertaining. I just can't bring myself to start it up anymore.

Love me some Blood Bowl, it really takes me back. I don't quite remember rolling double/triple skulls so often on the board game, though.
