Return To Monkey Island made something I thought it was impossible.

It made a new Monkey Island game, that both lived to the standards of the first two games, and expands on it. The perfect ending for the franchise, a game that wouldn't be possible without everyone on the team working on it loving the original products.

100% recommended if you, like me, grew up with Guybrush Threepwood.

Fantastic game now with really good netcode, was able to get good connections from Chile to the US.

It might be ugly, but it's actually pretty fun to play! One of the best rosters in the series too.

After 63 restarts I managed to beat the final boss of Act 1 in Violent. 100% recommeded, super fun even though I suck at it.

A ton of games have tried to recapture the feel of Old-School FPS, and while a lot of them are good, none has come close to classics like Duke Nukem 3D, Quake or Blood.

Except for DUSK, DUSK knows exactly what it's doing, building its levels and encounters around your arsenal, not around "Well old games had a lot of enemies, so we'll just throw a lot of enemies". Every single level feels distinctive, without falling into being gimmicky. It's surprising how atmospheric it gets, even with the low resolution graphics, which, by the way, actually feel low-res as an artistic choice, not low-res because of budget reasons.

100% recommended to anyone who likes old-school shooters.

Caves of Qud es fantástico.

CoQ es un Roguelike de la vieja escuela, es decir, un RPG por turnos donde los mapas son generados procedimentalmente. Una de las principales gracias de CoQ, y la razón por la que me interesó por tanto tiempo, es el sistema de mutaciones. Al momento de crear tu personaje puedes decidir entre crear un "Verdadero Humano" o un Mutante, siendo los mutantes, personalmente, la mejor opción.
Verdaderos Humanos comienzan con mayores atributos, pero solo eso, mutantes tienen cientos de variantes de que puedes ser. ¿Quieres disparar ácido por la boca, tener 4 piernas, 4 brazos y cuernos? Puedes hacerlo. ¿Quieres tener poderes psíquicos tan fuertes que puedes convencer a tus enemigos a aliarse contigo? Puedes hacerlo. ¿Quieres, al azar, estallar en llamas por combustión espontanea? Puedes hacerlo.

Los desarrolladores actualizan CoQ casi todas las semanas (saltando semanas solo cuando están haciendo parches muy grandes para terminarlos tan rápido) y ha estado en desarrollo por un largo tiempo. Comenzó como un juego F2P (que es la versión que he jugado más) y, por la cantidad de contenido, el precio es más que justo.

Mi cantidad de horas es baja porque principalmente he jugado la versión freeware original.
