There should be some law against releasing games in this state.
This title doesn't have performance issues. To have them you need to have any performance in the first place.

13900K + 4090 is not enought to get 30 fps on empty map.

This might be the worst PC port I ever seen. The game in terms of performance is so broken that selling in this state should be considered a scam.
