Simply the best official Arma 3 map out there.

I thought I had three hours in the game

Oh boy. What a dissapointement.

Honestly, you probably already know that you shouldn't play this game, so here's some info on an alrernative:
1. Buy Kerbal Space Program 1
2. Search on YouTube "How to turn KSP 1 into KSP 2" (video is by Yakez iirc)
3. Do what the video says

Alright, a bit early to review since I have three hours on this game, but I guess I'll update it.

This game is truly something else. I deploy in a random contested area as a Warden, and get some stuff from a massive stockpile. Get in a tank after a guy with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mic invites me, we advance towards enemy forts, see a column of 7 enemy tanks, we pull back.

After that, guy with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mic goes away, and me and the commander (I was the gunner) decide to use a trench that goes to the enemy base and destroy some forts. We do that, we wreck some defenses, and return to base.

After that I meet a random guy, get in another tank, go in the same trench, and bam we destroyed five bunkers or so. Then we get killed and we spend around 30 minutes to find a tank. And we come across the beast that is Foxhole logistics. Polish drivers who honk like mad men and play music over the mic, and everyone is in a rush, massive facilities, and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess.

We get the tank, but we finish fuel in the middle of a busy bridge, and a partisan shoots at us with a gun and destroys our fuel tank. I get off and try to kill him with my SMG, but die while trying to do so. The partisan was later killed by the tank driver. 15-20 minutes later, I fixed the tank along with a random guy who was passing by, and left the tank to the driver.

I go to the base, get infantry equipment, see a guy who was playing Kpop over the mic get killed by artillery, and I charge into the trenches ahead. More trench fighting, and blah blah blah.

Three hours and we managed to push the enemy back around 10 meters.

10/10 Reccomended, I'll probably play this a lot.

This game is one of the best (not the best since as of now I only have 3 hours) I have ever played. The story is amazing, and non-story interactions with NPCs are great (a civil war veteran as a friend? Yeah sure!), and the side quests seem fun (again, I really need to play it more) and can get you in some funny scenarios. Well, I am sure that I will play this game a lot. Oh and about the immersion thing, I can assure you that the voices are true, this game is amazing even for rockstar standards (e.g. the newspaper references events that happened in the story AND in history, such as the Philippines war, and the treaty of paris). 10 beans out of 10 horses.

A buggy mess which strives for "realism" or whatever, even though Germany can solo Europe without any issues and just so much more. Oh, and here's a few bad things I found in my many hours:

- The rules for the AI are different from those for the player. I.E: the AI can (must) cheat to not be ♥♥♥♥

- Saves sometimes get corrupted, even in vanilla

- Over monetized as hell, they make DLCs which often underdeliver and which are usually buggy messes

- The AI is too dumb to make the game fun, as after a while it simply refuses to do logical things, even if, according to the devs, they had to nerf it as they thought it was too smart.

But this is the only game to offer a pseudo realistic WW2 4X experience so people will have to stick to it. For now.

My mind got blown when I first got this game (and the sequel) and the story is simple but amazing and the portals work seemlessly
