This is way better than the movies, which i also really like

Most people will compare it to minecraft, but is more fun for sure.
This game is already good without any mods.

You can build houses, castles, palaces and anything else. Lots of resources to build with.

The world, seems small in the first place (to me) but when you start discovering the underworld by searching caves that can keep you busy for hours (if you are lucky) after all of this and collecting some good stuff you are going to make your way down to hell/underworld. In the whole world is a corruption that tries to conquering the world.

The monsters, there are lots of them. Zombies, flying Demon Eyes, few different Slimes, and much more. There are some bosses which can be really easy with the right/strong tools.

Some days are special, with a little or big event like Blood moon than monsters come to your house and trying to kill you, these events aren't common.

Weapons and armor, these are cool and unique. You can get a grappling hooks or a boomerangs, throwing hammer, Bananarang. Tons of bows and guns. One of the cooler things are magic wands. When you think you've found all the weapons... go to the steam workshop and download some fanmade weapons.

This is one of the games you have to own, especially when you love survival games.

This game is great, it's like eating a burger from a 5-stars restuarant for 5 euro.

I mean its seems really tasty and smells good and it taste like heaven, but you also know after eating it that it's bad for your health.

This game is almost the same. It looks really great, it plays really good, it's really fun and interesting. But you also know after playing this, your standards become higher, and disliking other games that are less interesting.

But for reall now.

This game is a well optimized (not the best but it's fine) great graphical, atmospheric rich in story masterpiece. Its world is huge, filled with monsters, and using dynamic weather to create a living world. Those feelings alone make this game great. You could see this game as a netflix serie that's in controll by you.

The things that pull this game's experience a little bit down, in my opinion, is the gameplay. It is good but the combat is repetitive. It stays almost the same the whole game. Yes there is a skill tree, but that is not really changing the combat. With this skill tree you can get more damage or adrenaline or giving your signs (your witcher powers) an expansion.

I do recommend this game to any one who likes a good story and charracter-telling game.
The expansions (DLCs) are also a recommendation if you completed the game and want more.
