¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Average feeling hero shooter. There is some fun times to be had, but the game optimization is utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. If they do something to that, I can consider not having negative review up.

An alright Mahjong Soul copycat.
This one includes the wall in the in-game UI, which i guess is a neat inclusion. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
However the performance is not that good, connection is lagging constantly (though, yes, a really quick connection is not crucial in a game of mahjong. still annoying). And many of the in game animations feel needlessly long giving of a really slow and clunky gameplay vibe.

Compared to MahjSoul Riichi city is more free to play friendly with giving gacha pulls. (but if i can slip in a personal opinion, the character roster is quite boring, so i find it hard to care about this generosity...)
And there are a lot of different daily missions with rewards to motivate gameplay.

But yea... If ya wanna vibe with some mahjong this delivers just that, and is at least worth a try. If you're a Mahjong Soul enjoyer, and especially if you care about leveling up your characters friendship in there, you really don't have that much reason to play this one.

that's the extent of the joy the Goose brings me.

The first two in the series are great too, i recommend getting those as well.
Lovely series of relaxing puzzle solving. I say relaxing since the puzzles aren't super hard and sometimes you might just stumble into the solution. Everything is bloody gorgeous and detailed, with a cool atmosphere and top notch sound design to boot. :D

Gets kinda easy after a of couple tries, but I find myself strangely addicted to this game anyways. And the survivor variations make it interesting, surviving with some characters is slightly more challenging than with others.
If the base game isn't depressing enough for ya, I also recommend getting the stories DLCs.

fun, short puzzle game, with some neat storytelling to boot.
Easy to grasp, good pacing of introducing new puzzle gimmicks.
The translation feels clunky at parts, but its always understandable...
