I like to occasionally play Mojang to relax and unwind, but this game is beyond frustrating solely because you run out of moves countless times. This is especially noticeable on the challenges that require you to complete a board without using any power-ups. You will make about five moves before you are suddenly at a standstill with no power-ups to help you and are forced to restart the level over and over and over again until it has completely sucked the enjoyment out of it.

I thought this game would be easy and relaxing, but as I progress, it becomes increasingly tedious, to the point where it feels like a chore and I'm not enjoying the game at all. I do not recommend this game for anyone in its current state. You will only become stressed and irritated if you decide to get into it.

Journey is a game that tells a story of life not through dialogue or cutscenes but through gameplay and beautiful cinematics. The environments are gorgeous to look at and explore, the story is mysterious and told in detail through art, and the people that you meet along the way will stay with you for years to come.

The game is short, taking me a total of 3 hours to beat my first playthrough and a few more to collect every achievement. It is well worth taking your time with it, exploring everything that it has to offer, and cherishing the friendships that you make along the way. It's definitely a game that I believe everyone should play at least once.

Halo is a game most of us know already, and if not, you've heard of it most definitely at some point in your lifetime. This collection features all games from Halo: CE to Halo 4, and even offers an anniversary edition of Halo CE and Halo 2, which includes enhanced graphics and improved gameplay. You can either purchase each game individually as a DLC, or purchase the whole collection and have access to every game that MCC has to offer.

Gameplay
The gameplay of each varies in many aspects, especially considering the times that these games were released originally. Halo: CE has more simplistic weapon styles, and mechanics, as it was originally released in 2001. Halo: Reach offers armour abilities that add new mechanics to the mix, including ones such as sprint, a jet pack, and a burst of invulnerability, and more. For this reason, both the campaign and multiplayer for each game will be slightly different, and will offer their own unique Halo experience.

Multiplayer
The multiplayer for each game is definitely how I remember it when I was younger and then some. There are a myriad of game modes to choose from-- whether you want to play Slayer (Deathmatch), Capture the Flag, or Invasion (large-scale PvP), you can play any of these game modes from each game as from one game hub, allowing you to not have to switch between the games individually.

Campaign
The story in the older games, notably for both Halo: CE and Halo 2, have an original and an enhanced version, the difference being the graphical update from the original game itself. You can also alter your campaign experience by using skulls, which give their own little twist on how the campaign is played out. Want to make confetti shoot out of an enemy when you get a headshot? There's a skull for that. Want damage to be more realistic? There's a skull for that too. Want to hear unique and new dialogue from NPCs? Say less!

With all of the campaigns accessible for PC on one central hub, players can easily progress from start to finish, either by release order or following the lore, to experience the unique feel of each campaign. Starting with Halo: CE, players encounter beautiful and mysterious landscapes, tactical AI, and immersive story. Transitioning to Halo 2, the landscape maintains its mysterious and eerie quality, but with modernised combat, enhanced visuals, and an evolution in weapon mechanics. Despite these advancements, the game stays true to Halo's original essence.

Achievements
With the skulls also come a new challenge and achievements, which can range from beating each campaign mission on the hardest difficulty, to beating a par time set to make you think quickly and find new ways to take on the environment and enemies. If you're an achievement hunter like me, this game will give you a great sense of accomplishment once you've obtained the harder achievements. There are 700 achievements currently in the game, and some are not by any means easy to acquire. Completing the campaign on LASO (Legendary, All Skulls On) is, in my opinion, are some of the most brutal campaign achievements to obtain.

Forge
If story line is not your thing and you have a creative side, you can try out Forge mode. This will allow you to customise any map that Halo has to offer with your ideas in mind. You can create completely new maps and game modes, giving you new ways to play the game. All of this can be stored and shared with others so that they can try out your creations. Do not get this confused with the Steam Workshop, as that is not (currently) available.

Conclusion
Halo is, in my opinion, one of the best game franchises to ever be released. I have been a die-hard Halo fan since I was a little kid, Combat Evolved being the first multiplayer game that I ever played. I will always have a special place for these games in my heart, and I can't wait to see what comes for it in the future. I believe that everyone should give this game a try and experience the sci-fi shooter that changed the world of gaming!

Payday 2 is a great change in pace from other typical FPS games, meaning that you can dictate the pace and the execution of how you play for each heist. You can go the run 'n' gun route, or you can sneak your way around patrols, stealth-fully taking out certain guards to help make your path a bit easier, hack a few electronic devices to open secured doors, and much more to finish your heist and get paid!

Gameplay
Since you can choose how to take on a heist, the gameplay can be different every time you play. You can decided to go loud and run in guns blazing, or you can to be "sneaky-beaky-like" and go around unnoticed; but there's always something else to do within these two styles of gameplay. You may find a vent you never noticed before that makes your route a bit easier, you might figure out how to do agile leaps that help you go undetected around corners, or you might want to try a out a new skill and find a new way to massacre the oncoming police raid. There's always something new for the novice and experienced heister.

The heists take place is numerous locations and differ between each one. So, there is always something for you to do; not to mention the current on-going story-line for those that are into discovering new bits of rich and mysterious lore. You could be robbing a bank one minute, stealing revenue from a GenSec (the opposing security organisation), to DJing a crowd at a big concert as a distraction while you loudly blow open a huge underground vault! There is quite a lot of variety as to what type of heists you can go on. So, there is a bit of something for everyone.

Skills & Perks
This game introduces skill trees and perk decks to help you and your crew with any heist any way you see fit. There are 5 categories of skill trees, and each one of those has a sub-skill tree with 6 skills to master; not including the 15 perk decks to choose from as well! You can do the same heist in many different ways, changing up your gameplay style if you decide to, or to help your crew with what they might need.

Customisation
With the wide selection of skills also comes tons of character and weapon customisation. There are over 100 masks to be earned and customised with different colours, patterns, and more. Most are earned through completing achievements, while some can be unlocked after completing a heist, and others can be purchased with in-game currency. The weapons are just as customisation with tons of mods to help make your weapon appropriate for the according heist.

TL;DR
Pros:
+ Great variety of character, weapon, and skill customisation
+ Tons of cool heists to play
+ Choose your own pace and playstyle
+ Continued updates and new content
+ 1,000+ achievements to acquire
+ Community-made mods that help keep the game fresh for everyone

Cons:
- Cheaters are not banned, only marked
- Game engine is outdated and poorly optimised
- NPCs have awful pathing to their intended target

Overview
Whenever this game first appeared in beta mode, it looked very promising. My friends and I were excited by it at the time, and we played a bit of the beta. A new open-world, nightmare-ish playground where you can either help each other defeat the other-worldy entities or play as a lone-wolf and try to survive this harsh new foe.

Servers
It's completely dead. There was a total of twelve people online in my region...twelve... I hopped into the busiest server that I could (it had seven players in total), and ended up roaming around for half an hour before seeing one of the few players in the server. I was so happy that I found a friend! Sadly, that friendship didn't last long, as they ended up leaving after five minutes.

The atmosphere of the game directly relates to it's servers and support: a post-apocalyptic wasteland that was previously full of hope and promise. There sadly isn't even much support for the game. The developers just seemed to grabbed the money from it's player-base and run off with it.

I'm sorry to say, but if you're considering purchasing this game, don't. There are barely any players, support, or even fun. It's definitely not worth the $5, or even your time.

TL;DR
Pros:
+ The enemies look good and have interesting mechanics
+ The potential for a good game is there

Cons:
- Content is far and few
- No player-base whatsoever
- No updates, balance patches, or hot-fixes
- Terrible use of bloom and shaders
