I always enjoyed this game for my 8500 hours, it had many ups but even more downs but I always tolerated it. But with the latest update (237) this game just got so much worse by introducing crossplay with epic games store. Matchmaking is done through EGS so there is nothing you can do about that unless you were to play offline. Why not keep the steam players seperate from EGS? Who knows, the devs clearly don't give a sh*t. So far it's almost impossible to find a proper heist that doesn't disconnect you instantly. For me the game is currently in an unplayable state. They also did some other usual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like BLT not working anymore (again) or the fact that they reset Holiday Sidejob Events, including the ones you already have finished, so have fun reunlocking Copycat again.

I will most likely uninstall this game for good now, easily one of the worst updates since crimefest 2015.

I stand by my review though, the game still has problems that wont ever be fixed, those arent "one small inconvenience". I cant recommend something that I have issues with. With that said PD3 did make me appreciate PD2 a bit more again recently.

Translation: Although the game has kept me occupied for years, amassing a whopping 8,500 hours, one small inconvenience has totally ruined the whole game now bro. It sucks, do not give your fuсking money to this greedy awful dumb stupid company!

Actually nevermind, gonna keep playing the game anyway but keep the review negative :steambored:

From what I've read and seen, it's clear Overkill wants to expand the 9+ year old broken masterpiece on another platform before the sequel comes out (and get DLC sales from there to milk the old cow one last time but that's besides the point)

But I'm not too fond of killing off modding and resetting some of the side jobs again for you to unlock. That, and bugs are aplenty, no doubt about that.

My honest feelings? Should've cooked this update a little bit more in the oven, but I can see their intentions. How you see their intentions is up to you.
