Although the launch was quite rocky, putting that aside lets review the actual expansion itself. 2 New locations; Europa and The Cosmodrome(From D1, but new to D2). The experience for new players has improved by a lot, it's a lot less confusing. This is the time for new players to jump in and experience D2.

Environments are stunning, new enemy types, ~10 new exotics, new subclasses/abilities, new ways to customize subclasses, dynamic weather and much more. I tried out the supers on Warlock and Titan, and they are very unique and a lot of fun.

Dont be fooled by other reviews that are hating on the expansion just to hate on bungie, saying "Never once did they keep their promises" without saying which promises. I cant think of any false promises.

Its too early to talk about endgame, since the raid will come out in 1 1/2 weeks. But it's looking very promising so far. Definitely recommend picking this dlc up.

Epic fantasy world with some steep difficulty curves where newcomers might struggle. Sometimes requires you to keep bashing your head against the boss to overcome the hurdle.

Coop is a lot of fun, when you get bored just install random mod collections from the workshop for funny/meme moments

Very interesting tech that is being used. Makes it look very real, probably one of the most realistic looking VR experiences.

Web mechanics work pretty well and MAKES YOU FEEL like spiderman. Graphics are pretty bad imo, but gameplay wise good fun for 15-30min and its free so i'd recommend it

Great first person shooter with a bunch of free content(ex. newest Dungeon with great loot). If you end up really liking it, the game is one of the best Games as a Service (GaaS) with its paid seasonal content(not required for most of the story stuff). Game is mostly PvE, but also includes PvP. I would not recommend playing PvP as a newcomer, PvP is fortunately not required for the full experience.

Worldbuilding has been improving a lot, the world changes over time as the story progresses. This makes for the feeling of a truly changing world. Has lots of gun variations (includes a perk and mod system to allow fine-tuning of your build) and some hardcore rare loot hunting. Would definitely recommend playing with friends to increase your fun by a lot. Can be played casually or hardcore.

Also... the environments & aesthetics are stunning and the music is out of this world.

Really good game. Finding some good music can be a hassle though, the site bsaber has a really good guide on how to quickly install music you like. Would recommend playing through the campaign first, this game is truly easy to learn and hard to master.

Still among the best VR games out there.

Great medieval melee. Excellent weapon mechanics, receives frequent updates.
