I cant wait for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Ultimate Edition 2 to come out

Great game, if you like fear then this is the game. cheat codes and skins unlocked by beating missions on very hard or extreme difficulty. Has a rage mode difficulty and its no joke

So far its what i expected it to be. Really fun game though i do have some gripes. Hopefully fixes come out soon to address the major issues
The good
The entirety of the zone is included with no limitation on exploration. There are no load zones or invisible walls so far. Travelling to rostok and able to enter from any angle is really cool, if the player wanted to you can go straight to prypyat.
The weather system is incredible! there's not much explaining can do to demonstrate this. you can see leave being picked up by wind and blow around and more
The Story so far is pretty good, haven't been able to predict/guess anything so far which is good

The Mixed?
The flashlight is abysmal, seems to only illuminate 2 feet in front of you, i would like to play with low gamma to make nights almost pitch black and scary but the flashlight is just so bad its almost useless. if i figure out modding this will be the first thing i make a mod for.
The character needs to eat constantly i think every 10-15 minutes of game play you need to eat something. Food is basically thrown at you but id rather food be scarce but you need to eat only a couple times per day.
The highest difficulty isn't difficult enough. seems to only give mutants a ridiculous amount of health. Enemies don't try to flank or hide they just walk towards you.
The Bad (most will probably get fixed soon)
Mutants have too much HP especially the bloodsucker, fighting a bloodsucker is not worth it AT ALL they have an insane amount of health in every situation the only option is to run away from them since they take around 200 5.45 rounds to kill.
Game performs pretty bad but not unplayable and oddly enough i don't see a huge performance difference between ultra and lowest 720p or 1440p?? max everything with shaders and global illumination set to low i get around 35-40fps 1440p with a RTX 3070 R7 3700x 32GB RAM maxing shaders and global illumination lowers my fps by about 5-8fps.
Also noticed the game uses around 20+GB ram while in settlements which causes problems

Lastly this game has "hold babies hand mode" baked into it, you can turn off the highlighting and the compass but yellow paint on objects are still present which breaks immersion and some main quests markers only update when to go the exact spot shown on the compass making it annoying and difficult to figure out where you need to be when playing without the compass. just feels like the devs are trying to cater to brain dead players that can only manage to stare at the compass to progress

This is the dark soul of game

Works good on my setup, getting 35-40 fps with my RTX 4090ti and i9 17990k 1TB Ram

Ill star by saying this game is fun and you will probably enjoy it. BUT I cant recommend because its in development hell
I bought this game in 2015 and nothing has changed really, The core game play is the same from 2015 with minor addons/changes like trading and new zombie variants. Graphics have improved quite a bit however the performance has dropped alot.
The devs Add/Remove features without warning even features that were really good, they will also "fix" things that aren't broken causing confusion, and im not sure the devs themselves want out of this project.

The Fun Pimps are celebrating 10 Years in early access... that's not something to be proud of
They have also stated they will only optimise the game when it goes Gold (full release) Well we're waiting!

Theres a monster that mimics the voice of a child and only speaks when you are in complete darkness and alone

The only thing this games got going for it is the graphics really. Its not scary at all and definitely not worth the price.
I will keep saying this over and over, Dying is NOT scary! getting real tired of horror games having the "scary" thing kill you because you didn't do exactly what the game wanted you to do in the very specific moment, Its more annoying than anything.
Save your money, play the original 2016 version its half the price or just wait for a deep discount
