Not quite sure why this game gets so much hate. Personally I loved playing through it and having a good ol' nostalgia trip. It's pretty much exactly how I remembered GTA3 when I played it as a kid. A few QoL changes were added that were very welcome, and the cartoon-like characters and NPC's aren't so bad after a few hours of playing. I only encountered a couple of bugs and they were quite minor, nothing that ruined the experience.
