Excellent short and sweet incremental game, never feels like you're just waiting for the number to go up and requires your attention

This game is just watching the same episode of a show to see the slightly changed ending, but it's not even fun to watch.

A very interesting game premise with the occasional challenge, though many of the languages follow the same structure. The 3rd area is great as the language is completely different to the others. Overall a relaxing game with a fun puzzle aspect.

Extremely tight mechanics with plenty of variety. Extra levels provide a great challenge for those craving it, especially the last level which is a monster. Sometimes movement feels inconsistent but it's nothing you can't work around.

If you haven't played the previous games this will give a great idea of what they're like, especially because it's currently free! It feels like they might add paid DLC to it later and that would be the dream for those that have finished the other games.
This series is absolute gold and I hope we have many more asymmetric puzzles yet to come!

Brilliant mix of souls-like exploration with The Witness or Outer Wilds style discovery. Very reminiscent of playing singleplayer games as a kid and having no idea what to do, but slowing figuring it out.

Compared to the first instalment this falls extremely flat, with only the last chapter and some side characters being somewhat enjoyable.
The 3 main characters are some of the most unlikable characters in the Borderlands universe, with movements and actions that are wildly inconsistent with their personalities. Not to mention that the writing treats the player like an idiot and monologues whatever the characters are experiencing or thinking, but with 100% more cringe.
The ending makes no sense and just cuts to one year later with no explanation about what happened.
If you're a fan of the Borderlands lore you should just skip it and, if it turns out to be relevant to the next game, watch a summary of the story.

I would pay an adequate amount of money for a longer version of this masterpiece.

No VR library is complete without this game, the base game experience is almost worth getting into VR alone. The modding community is growing ever stronger so there is plenty of reason to jump back into it after completing everything.
