it's fine. definitely a game for fans of the series

Fun game but it doesn't really earn the tag "Horror". Half Life 2 has more scary moments than this. What it does have going for it is it's mystery and atmosphere. Learning what happened to the characters and Rogetsu Isle through the scattered notes, tapes, and of course the hospital is most definitely the best part of the game.

i have to say that in the beginning it was rather boring but started to pick up at around the fourth chapter once the game starts to throw you enough questions that make you wonder about what happened here instead of it being a mere setpiece to explore and fight ghosts in.

I didn't have any technical issues apart from needing to use gamescope to handle the slightly buggy alt tabbing experience. I also used https://www.nexusmods.com/fatalframemaskofthelunareclipse/mods/2 for playstation button prompts. The controls also were a little poor but nothing truly awful.

tldr recommended on sale if you like mystery and a little bit of horror

fun game with cute girls. touch ghosts right after you kill them for extra points and a video.

you may want use 2x mod (files 1-4, 5 crashes the game) and decensor mods for a good experience as well

linux users should use proton-ge for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with videos and gamescope as the game is a little buggy when alt-tabbing

fun little game. very short

-30fps cutscenes
-mediocre gameplay that is just walk around and occasionally shoot enemies in a room full of bullet sponge enemies. This gets boring quick
-live tv episodes are fine
-way too demanding for the level of graphics it has
-blurry upscaling by on default (need to disable if you don't want to simulate myopia)
-keyboard and mouse support sucks with the mouselook being bugged. forced to use a controller
-story okay, engaging enough to slog through the gameplay

Overall: NOT RECOMMENDED! Don't spend your money on this and only play it if you get it free or in a bundle.
