This is by far the most NFS like title to come from the franchise that I've played.

Mechanics
NFS:HPR has the best arcade racing physics I've ever tried. Drifting, slipstreams, take downs, power-ups, and boosts all feel excellent. The combat is also the best to come from any racing game I've ever played. Even better than Blur.

Multiplayer
NFS:HPR is 100% cross-platform between NS/PC/PS/XB. Not only that, it's also available to EA Play and Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Because of these facts, it is the most accessible multiplayer racing game ever released.

Open World
The only thing this game lacks in terms of being the best at something is the open world, but that is okay since this isn't a casual game. Open world is purely built for improving your driving skills, so it does a perfect job at that despite not being the best.

Autolog
Autolog is the social integration used to display all your friends' event times. It also recommends you to beat these times for bonus experience. It's awesome.

Not only is NFS:HPR the best NFS game, it's also the best arcade racing game.
